At Purple Dog we have 4 different hosting packages with varying degrees of Support:

The Ulti-Mutt

You'll receive the highest priority response when you send an email to our help email.

Your support time is unlimited and you can request access to our dedicated help phone line number.

You can also call on us to add new content or make changes to your existing content.

All software updates are taken care of.

Pedigree

You'll receive a high priority response when you send an email to our help email.

Includes 45 minutes of services during office hours each month.

(includes website updates, posting content & answering questions)

Guard Dog

All software updates are taken care of.

If you need further assistance you can use this help portal to search for a solution or use the videos in the backend of your website.

If you need more support or content changes then you'll be placed in our support queue and any work will be charged at our hourly rate. You can request an estimate before we carry out any work.

Bare Bones

You are currently paying for hosting without support or maintenance.

If you need further assistance you can use this help portal to search for a solution or use the videos in the backend of your website.
